Proper placement matters. Set up your incubator in the right environment to help maintain stable operating conditions throughout the hatch.
Place Incubator in a Ventilated, Draft-Free Room
Setup 1.5 FT from Walls, Avoiding Direct Sunlight
Room Temperature Must Be Between 59–86°F (15–30°C).
Never Close All Air Vents. Air Must Be Circulated

This is a good model if you include the external water humidity bucket. With the temperature and humidity well calibrated, these measurements are consistent. However, it is important to avoid removing the door or having it off for as brief a time as possible. The door does not have secured hinges; rather , clips that secure the door. This style may take a little more time to line up the door and secure the clips. This is extremely important during the lockdown period. This is less of an issue if the environmental temperature is not extreley lower. Chickens leave their eggs, so there is a cool-down period (so limit differences in temperature drops), and maintain your humidity numbers by maintaining your humidity tray levels with an external water reserve system.
