SHIPPING & CARRIER DELAYS

Once a package has been handed over to the applicable carrier for delivery, the shipment is under the carrier’s control. Happier Hatching is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been handed off for delivery.
Carrier delays may affect the actual delivery timeframe even when an order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking information is provided when available after an order ships. Once tracking information is available, customers can use the carrier’s tracking system to follow the shipment’s progress.
